HR Jobs in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Hybrid Human Resource Advisor to support HR activities across talent development, performance enablement, and leadership. The role partners with business teams to drive HR processes and improve people outcomes.

You will coach leaders, handle employee relations, investigations, and manager development to align with business goals and company policy. This position offers a hybrid work pattern with base pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 4+ years of HR experience or equivalent qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years HR experience or higher.
• Master’s degree, JD or PhD are also acceptable.
• Substitution of 6+ years HR experience in lieu of a degree is allowed.

Responsibilities

• HR process support: Partner with business teams to manage key HR processes, bringing HR insights to enable business objectives
• Coaching for leadership: Coach business leadership on sensitive HR matters and align with Rolls-Royce leadership expectations
• Employee relations: Deliver employee relations in accordance with company policies and code of conduct
• Investigations: Conduct investigations as required, aligned to company policy
• Manager development: Coach and develop regional managers to build people strategies aligned to business needs

• Manager development: Coach and develop regional managers to build people strategies that align to business needs and short-, medium-, and long-term business goals

Requirements

• Education and experience (one of the following): Associate degree with 4+ years of human resources experience


• Education and experience (one of the following): Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of human resources experience


• Alternative education: Master’s degree


• Alternative education: JD/PhD


• Degree substitution: 6+ years of human resources experience in lieu of a degree


• Work authorization: U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident

Working Pattern

• Hybrid: 3 office days a week

Compensation

• Base pay range: USD 81,520 - 132,470 per year


• Pay range note: Pay ranges for remote employees are based on the state where the employee resides and may vary from the posted range
