Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated offers a 10–12 week internship in Ohio designed to give students hands-on HR exposure and a clear path to a rewarding Hubbell career. The program combines company-wide learning with practical HR activities.

The intern will support daily HR functions and collaborate with plant leadership on hiring, benefits, policy administration, employee relations and engagement, while contributing to HMS implementation and Elevate Employee Survey action planning.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university (May–Aug 2027).
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA required for consideration.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily HR function and partner with plant leadership on hiring, interviewing, benefits, policy administration, employee relations and engagement.
• Contribute to HMS implementation and Elevate Employee Survey action planning.
• Engage in value-added HR projects and assist with process improvements.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship

Full-time enrollment in accredited college or university
