The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell.

This 2027 Summer Intern in Human Resources - Generalist will support the daily HR function and partner with plant leadership on hiring, interviewing, benefits, policy administration, employee relations, and engagement.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university for May–August 2027.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship (required).
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily HR function and partner with plant leadership on hiring, interviewing, benefits, policy administration, employee relations, and engagement.
• Assist with HMS implementation and Elevate Employee Survey action planning.
• Contribute to projects and collaborate with teams in a professional environment.
