As an intern, you will design and implement a plant-wide employee recognition program to boost engagement, develop processes, metrics, and a scalable framework across locations, while collaborating with employees and leaders.

Qualifications

• Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout the internship period (May-August 2027).
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship. GPA requirement of 3.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Apply skills and knowledge learned in the classroom to on-the-job experiences.
• Work on comprehensive, value-added projects.
• Work in teams and with colleagues in a professional environment.
• Develop technical skills specific to your major.
• Provide opportunities for professional development by building relationships and learning about other parts of the business.
• Present a final project to the local management team at the end of the program.
• Gain knowledge of Hubbell's industry and business location.
• Develop planning and organizational skills.
• Work on challenging projects that provide practical experience.
• Assist with process improvement.
• Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
