Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is seeking an IT Intern to join our Raleigh team, gaining hands-on experience with asset management, inventory tracking, and end-user technology support. You will work with enterprise IT operations, including imaging, deployment, and service delivery for computers and mobile devices.

Interns will learn from experienced IT professionals, receive mentorship from technology leaders, and develop valuable technical and professional skills in a collaborative environment

Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in information technology, technology support, or related technical fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to participate in hands-on technical and operational assignments.

Responsabilités

• Assist with asset management, inventory tracking, and technology lifecycle documentation.
• Organize, clean, document, and maintain inventory across IT storage locations, labs, and equipment areas.
• Support the deployment, setup, imaging, and configuration of computers, workstations, mobile phones, tablets, and other end-user technology devices.
• Gain exposure to end-user support processes by working alongside Client Tech team members to troubleshoot and resolve technology issues.
• Participate in equipment refresh, patching, and service delivery activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to technology assets and inventory.
• Collaborate with IT professionals to better understand enterprise technology operations and end-user computing environments.
• Attend team meetings and learning opportunities to gain insight into IT strategy, operations, and business partnership activities.
• Present internship progress, learning experiences, or project updates during department meetings as applicable.
• Shadow team members and technology leaders to gain a broader understanding of IT career paths and enterprise technology functions.
