Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC in the United States is seeking a Human Resources Intern to gain hands-on experience across People & Culture. The role offers a structured rotation through HR functions, including Employee Relations, Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Compensation, Benefits, and Employee Relations, with exposure to a wide range of HR practices.

You will support projects, analyze HR data, assist with communications and training materials, and collaborate on process

Competenze

• Candidates pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Mansioni

• Rotate through multiple People & Culture functions, including Employee Relations, P&C Business Partnering, Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Benefits, and Compensation.
• Assist with projects and initiatives that support business objectives and enhance the employee experience.
• Conduct research and analyze People & Culture data to identify trends and provide recommendations.
• Assist with the development of employee communications, presentations, training materials, and HR resources.
• Observe and participate in employee relations matters while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Attend meetings, workshops, and cross-functional projects to gain exposure to strategic People & Culture initiatives.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, programs, benefits, and other People & Culture-related matters.
