You will handle applications, file documents, assist with references, and learn Docuware; ideal candidates are detail-oriented, team-oriented, and able to work 20-25 hours per week, with merchandise discounts as a perk.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and friendly, able to engage others by phone, in person, and online.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; quick to learn new software.
• Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping and confidentiality.
• Dependable, organized, professional with ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to phone inquiries on HR topics.
• Assist in processing applications and other pre-employment documents.
• File HR documents and prepare documents for scanning (Docuware a plus).
• Observe employee relations issues as they arise and assist where needed.
• Check employment references and support HR activities.
• Support department with a variety of HR and administrative tasks.
