Responsibilities

• Recruit and pre-screen applicants, including affirmative action recruiting.
• Provide information on policies and guidelines to ensure uniform compliance.
• Conduct job analysis and recommend salary placement; create reports.
• Collect and summarize data related to personnel policies and programs.
• Review equal employment opportunity data and prepare related reports.
