Job summary

Tecan is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our People & Organization team in Morrisville, NC. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to projects that enhance the employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and new hire orientation activities.
• Assist with employee records maintenance and HR documentation.
• Create and maintain HR templates, forms, and electronic documents.
• Support interview scheduling and recruiting coordination.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations, and process documentation.
