Job summary

Techniplas, a global supplier of sophisticated plastic components and design-focused, multifunctional surfaces for automotive and other markets, seeks an HR Intern. You will support recordkeeping, onboarding, offboarding and employee services while gaining practical HR/payroll exposure.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in an HR degree, with strong organization, communication and computer skills, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills; ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create and process Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) for schedule changes and ensure accurate documentation.
• Review timesheets for missing punches, errors, or late submissions and log discrepancies.
• Enter new employees into Plex and submit IT requests for equipment and access.
• Process terminations in Paycom, Plex, and Badge System; review termination forms.
