Job summary

Regal Rexnord is offering a Human Resources Intern position designed for motivated students to gain hands-on experience across HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and analytics. The program runs June 2 to August 13, 2027, in a hybrid model with onsite at Milwaukee HQ and remote options.

You will work with HR professionals and business leaders, support day-to-day operations, and present outcomes to HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2030
• Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and programs that enhance the employee experience
• Partner with the HR team on employee engagement, culture, and development initiatives
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects and contribute recommendations that support business and HR objectives
• Gain exposure to multiple HR disciplines, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Compensation, and Learning & Development
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and talent initiatives to attract and retain top talent
• Maintain employee data and support HR reporting, analytics, and process improvement efforts
• Present project outcomes, insights, and key learnings to HR leadership at the conclusion of the internship
