Vernon unit. You'll assist with talent management, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR analytics while working with HR leadership and managers to build a strong foundation in HR strategy and processes.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources or a related field.
• Must demonstrate excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DOE clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with talent management, workforce planning, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
• Support HR operations across the Nuclear Operations Group - Mt. Vernon unit.
• Analyze employee sentiment metrics and summarize qualitative data for HR leadership.
• Provide documentation support and action-item tracking for HR Business Partners.
• Audit and update HR records and resources for employees and managers.
• Support seasonal HR initiatives, special projects, and programs as opportunities arise.
