Horizon Farm Credit is seeking a full-time Human Resources Intern for the summer of 2027 in Westminster, MD. Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Some coursework in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting efforts: post openings, review resumes, coordinate interviews.
• Support onboarding by preparing materials and assisting with new hire orientation.
• Help facilitate Horizon Farm Credit internship program.
• Maintain HR databases and files with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Document workflows and suggest improvements to HR processes.
• Participate in internal communication initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR on small projects supporting employees and operations.
• Provide general administrative support and data maintenance in HR systems.
• Gain experience with employee data reporting and accuracy.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

GPA 3.0 or above
