Job summary

Horizon Farm Credit invites rising college students to join our Industry Relations & Marketing team as a full‑time summer intern for 2027, working at one of several PA locations. You’ll support customer engagement, branding, and educational initiatives through diverse projects and events.

The paid internship runs mid‑May through early August 2027, typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., offering practical, cross‑functional experience in marketing and industry relations within the Farm

Qualifications

Enrollment in a college program related to marketing, agriculture, or communications.
Interest in agriculture and Farm Credit System.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to commit to a 10–12 week paid internship in summer 2027.

Responsibilities

Assist Customer Experience, Marketing, and Government/Industry & Member Relations teams with projects related to customer engagement, branding, education programs, industry relations, events and sponsorships.
Plan, coordinate, execute, and participate in customer meetings, educational programs, and industry events.
Create content for digital marketing, customer communications, webinars, and online learning modules.
Support association-wide campaigns and resources for young, beginning, and small farmers.
Assist with CRM data entry and participation activity tracking.
