Job summary

You will work on real HR projects, support staffing, compensation, benefits, and employee relations, while learning from experienced professionals. The role requires actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, OD, Business, or related field, with at least 60 credit hours and a 3.0 GPA.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR/OD/Business or closely related field.
• Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by start of internship.
• 3.0 minimum overall GPA; undergraduate GPA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR in administering policies, procedures, and programs.
• Support management with staffing, compensation, benefits, and employee relations tasks.
• Participate in recruiting and selection processes.
• Assist with compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Promote an employee‑oriented, high‑performance culture and ongoing development.
