Job summary

Textron, including Bell, invites you to join the 2027 Summer Intern - Human Resources program in Fort Worth, TX. As an HR intern you’ll support policy administration, staffing decisions, benefits, training, and recruiting on real projects with experienced professionals.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in a high‑performance culture and learn how Textron develops its workforce in a dynamic aerospace environment during a 10‑week paid internship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 60 college credits completed by internship start (June 1, 2027) or prior Bell internship experience.
• Able to complete the full 10 weeks (June 1–August 6, 2027).
• Minimum 3.0 overall GPA; undergraduate GPA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist management in staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations and training.
• Active participation in recruiting and selection processes.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Day in the Life of a Human Resource Intern

We are looking for curious, adaptable, and self-driven individuals with a passion to innovate. Bring your experience and ideas to help us ensure the growth of our company by supporting the manufacturing and creation of our aircraft. No matter where you are in the company you are critical to the success of Bell. As a Human Resource Intern at Bell, you can expect to join a department of HR to:

• Administer human resources policies, procedures, and programs
• Assist management in the decision-making process of different human resources functions: organization, staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee development opportunities, employee orientation and training, etc.
• Active participation in recruiting and selection processes
• Assuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Assuring an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or closely related required
• Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2027) or prior Bell internship experience
• Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1‑August 6, 2027
• 3.0 minimum overall, undergraduate GPA strongly preferred
