Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field and be proficient with Microsoft Office. Experience with HRIS/payrol systems is a plus, and successful interns engage with multiple departments, maintain confidentiality,

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience working with supervisors and employees is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
• Monthly audit of benefit invoices.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics.
• Provide administrative support for training and development initiatives.
• Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources.
• Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
