Responsibilities

• Learn and understand all functions involved in the engineering operation of a manufacturing facility.
• Participate in a hands-on, project-based program to gain experience in machine rebuild and project engineering operations.
• Shadow other employees and perform tasks ranging from production line work to machine maintenance and scheduling.
• Work directly with machinery and participate in process improvement.
• Take ownership of special projects as directed by the Director of Manufacturing Technology.
