Job summary

Olin is seeking a Human Resources Intern in Plaquemine, LA. Undergraduate students earn $25.00/hour; graduate students earn $33.00/hour. The role supports HRBP initiatives, performance management, recruitment, total rewards, and other HR operations.

Qualifications

Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university majoring in HR, Marketing, or business (or pursuing a Master's in one of these).
Overall GPA 3.0+ on a 4.0 scale, transcript required each term.
Ability to work year-round; part-time (20 hours/week) while taking classes; not eligible for virtual work.
Valid US driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent reviews, org capability assessment and development planning.
Handle interview scheduling, meetings with HRBPs and Hiring Managers, and build key metrics and reporting.
Assist with compensation and benefits data analysis and related projects as assigned.
May support labor relations efforts including documentation, contract review, and employee relations initiatives.
