Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university majoring in HR, Marketing, or business (or pursuing a Master's in one of these).
• Overall GPA 3.0+ on a 4.0 scale, transcript required each term.
• Ability to work year-round; part-time (20 hours/week) while taking classes; not eligible for virtual work.
• Valid US driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent reviews, org capability assessment and development planning.
• Handle interview scheduling, meetings with HRBPs and Hiring Managers, and build key metrics and reporting.
• Assist with compensation and benefits data analysis and related projects as assigned.
• May support labor relations efforts including documentation, contract review, and employee relations initiatives.
