Qualifications

• Must be in the process of acquiring a Bachelor's Degree with completion of at least 90 credit hours in Human Resources or closely related field.
• Must possess and maintain a valid State of Texas Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, selection, benefits, wellness, compensation, risk management, and records management.
• Provide research support, assemble information, compile statistics, and prepare reports.
• Maintain good employee relations with timely, confidential handling of questions and concerns.
• Interact professionally with the public, coworkers and others in daily work.
• Maintain regular and timely attendance.
