Job summary

Kinder Morgan's BOLT Intern Program invites you to gain hands-on HR experience this summer in Houston, TX. As an HR Intern you will participate in meaningful projects that support our energy-delivery mission, while developing professional and interpersonal skills.

You will rotate through HR functions, with exposure to the HR Leadership team, training on on-the-job assignments, and opportunities to learn about the energy industry and Kinder Morgan's culture.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related fields.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.0 scale.
• Current college level: junior or senior.
• Strong written and verbal communication; organized with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
