Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, HR Management, Human Resources & Industrial Relations or Business.
• Minimum cumulative and major GPA of 3.00 on a 4.0 scale.
• Current college level: Junior or Senior.
• Some experience in an office environment preferred.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

What You Will Do

As a Human Resources Intern, you will:

• Receive diversified training through on-the-job assignments
• Be exposed to other HR functions outside of your immediate work group, including our HR Leadership team
• Learn more about Kinder Morgan and the energy industry

• HR Business Partner role supporting various lines of businesses
• HR Services (HR compliance, recruiting or talent development)
• Compensation & Benefits
• Additional projects spanning different HR functions Our Company

What You Need

• Pursuing a undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Human Resources & Industrial Relations or Business
