Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in HR, HR Management, or Business.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.0 scale (cumulative and major).
• Current college level: Junior or Senior.
• Some office experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive diversified training through on-the-job assignments.
• Be exposed to other HR functions outside of your immediate work group, including our HR Leadership team.
• Learn more about Kinder Morgan and the energy industry.
• Support HR Business Partner activities across various lines of business.

2027 BOLT Intern - Human Resources

The BOLT (Building Opportunities & Learning Together) Intern Program is Kinder Morgan’s elite summer internship program. What You Need

• Pursuing a undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Human Resources & Industrial Relations or Business
• A minimum cumulative and major GPA of 3.00 on a 4.0 scale
• Current level in college: Junior or Senior
• Some experience working in an office environment preferred
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized with an attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft office products
• Demonstrates taking ownership of projects
