Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, business, IO psychology, or related field.
• At least one year of undergraduate study completed or enrolled in a graduate program.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
• U.S. citizen and eligible for DOE/DOD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with role profiles, competency models, and career pathway guides.
• Support workforce capability assessments and development planning.
• Assist talent programs and stay interviews.
• Administer and analyze employee feedback and onboarding surveys.
• Help build dashboards tracking turnover and retention.
• Monitor onboarding milestones and performance cycles.
• Support HR leadership with documentation and tracking.
• Update HR SharePoint sites and manager resources.
• Support seasonal HR initiatives and intern cohorts.
