Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment process for students, including requisition creation, job posting, resume review, phone screening, interview coordination, and offer generation for all US locations.
• Complete I-9s and folders for new hires ensuring compliance.
• Help maintain new‑hire orientation slides, updating all local information as required.
• Support process documentation for recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and related procedures to enable continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Assist with the US student program, including planning student events and coordinating assignments.
• Support the World Headquarters engagement committee.
• Support the implementation of AI to improve HR process efficiency.
• Participate in other projects as assigned.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
