Job summary

CoStar Group in Arlington, VA is seeking an HR Reporting Analyst to join the HR Technology & Reporting team. You will deliver accurate workforce insights through Workday reporting, Power BI dashboards, and data governance, handling moderately complex data requests.

The role requires managing recurring reports, transforming data, and presenting findings to HR leaders and business partners. You will leverage AI tools to streamline validation and ensure data quality while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years in data analysis, reporting, or HR analytics.
• Experience handling sensitive employee data.
• Proficient in Power BI, Excel, Workday reporting.
• Experience with AI-driven analytics tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of data governance and privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce data from multiple sources.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Workday and Power BI.
• Transform and reconcile HR data for reporting.
• Identify data patterns and provide insights to HR leaders.
• Support data governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Communicate findings through summaries and presentations.
