Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC is seeking an HR/HSE Coordinator at our North Liberty, IN facility. You will provide administrative and operational support for HR and Health, Safety & Environmental functions, including onboarding, compliance, training, recordkeeping and safety programs.

The role requires a degree in HR or H&S, 2+ years of manufacturing HR/HSE experience, and proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems. Travel is minimal; union requirements may apply.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR/Health & Safety or related field.
• 2+ years HR/HSE manufacturing administration experience preferred.
• English required; additional language skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide HR/HSE administrative support, employee records, onboarding, data entry, benefits support, and payroll coordination for union requirements.
• Maintain HR and HSE documentation to ensure compliance with labor, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate training programs including orientation, policy training, safety training, and regulatory training.
• Support employee relations and assist with investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain records databases: safety, training, performance reviews, payroll, attendance and compliance reports.
• Assist in safety inspections, incident reporting, and tracking corrective actions.
• Prepare HR and safety metrics and reports for management.
