Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Contact Center Representative in Las Vegas to triage and resolve employee inquiries via daily inbound calls and chats. You will document issues in the ServiceNow system and escalate when specialized knowledge is needed, while contributing to knowledge base improvements.

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
Experience with case management systems (ServiceNow, Salesforce).
HR, call center or related field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Triage and resolve employee inquiries via calls and chats.
Document inquiries in the case management system (ServiceNow).
Escalate to Functional Specialists when needed.
Support knowledge base improvements and process enhancements.
Communicate clearly and maintain organized records.
Collaborate on special projects as required.
