This hourly role involves daily inbound calls and chats to determine issues, with escalation to Functional Specialists when needed, and contributing to the knowledge base. You will document in ServiceNow, support process improvements, and collaborate with the team in a fast-paced HR environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 1 year+ experience with case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow; Salesforce).
• 1 year+ experience in HR, call center, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve employee inquiries and issues using contact center procedures and reference materials.
• Document all inquiries in the contact center case management system (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Escalate complex inquiries to Functional Specialists when deeper knowledge is needed.
• Notify team members when knowledge base updates are required.
• Suggest process and training improvements based on recurring issues.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
