Clarks Outlet in Needham, MA is seeking an HR Service Center Specialist to provide professional administrative support to Retail and Corporate HR, handling lifecycle events from hiring to termination with top-tier customer service.

You will maintain databases, run standard HR reports, assist with I-9, work authorization, unemployment cases, ERP entries, and SAP PO tasks, and collaborate with HR Directors, Managers, and Generalists to improve processes while protecting confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support HR team with employee lifecycle transactions and recordkeeping.
• Handle inquiries via HRSC email and phone, providing timely guidance.
• Assist with I-9, work authorization, and visa documentation compliance.
• Prepare standard HR reports and maintain accurate databases.
• Coordinate unemployment processes with vendors and managers.
• Assist ER case administration under guidance of HR Generalists.
• Support SAP PO creation and maintenance tasks.
