The HR Generalist supports the Technical Services Group with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, HR administration, and compliance at our Chandler, AZ office. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and HR administration.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, organization, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to TSG leaders, supervisors, and employees.
• Support employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance issues.
• Support performance reviews, employee development, recognition, and retention efforts.
• Assist with benefits, HR policies, and employee questions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems.
• Support compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Help identify and address employees and workplace concerns in a timely manner.
• Provide HR support across TSG offices, project sites, and field operations.
• Partner with Corporate HR, Operations, Finance, and Safety on HR-related needs.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, documentation, and process improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee matters.
