Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee invites a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team in southeast Wisconsin. You will support recruitment, payroll, benefits, HR systems, records, and employee communications, reporting to the Director of Human Resources and collaborating with program leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience including recruitment, payroll, benefits.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and Paycom preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR administrative support for records, communications, projects, events, and department initiatives.
• Partner across payroll, benefits, employee relations, recruitment, and engagement.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, build candidate pipelines.
• Strengthen partnerships with schools and community organizations for outreach.
• Support staffing needs and promote a mission-driven employer.
