This onsite role partners with store leadership and the regional HR team to drive HR goals across staffing, training, and employee relations. Ideal candidates have 2+ years as an HR Generalist or equivalent, experience in employee relations/investigations, and familiarity with HRIS/ATS.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience as HR Generalist, Sr. Generalist, HR Manager, or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience in employee relations and investigations.
• 2 years' experience with HRIS and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing, interview and selection for store roles; manage ATS and applications.
• Oversee onboarding and training to drive engagement and retention.
• Support HR initiatives and partner with store leadership on HR goals.
