Job summary

Par Health's HR Generalist reports to the HR Plant Manager and works onsite in St. Louis, MO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• PHR/SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor relations support and interpret CBAs under HR leadership guidance.
• Manage full-cycle internal recruitment for salaried and non-exempt roles, including onboarding support.
• Partner with site leadership to develop recruitment strategies and intern programs.
• Support employee engagement initiatives to strengthen communication and recognition.
• Advise site leadership on policies, procedures, and HR processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment practices and company policies.
• Design and deliver HR and management training programs.
• Assist with new hire orientation and training delivery at the site.
• Administer HR programs including referral, exit interviews, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Act as an employee advocate and address concerns to promote inclusive environment.
• Conduct or support workplace investigations as required.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Perform other HR duties as needed.
