Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with two years of professional HR experience; master's may substitute for one year.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret HR policies; guide managers, supervisors and employees.
• Serve as liaison between Human Resources and other departments.
• Develop and implement recruiting plans to attract diverse applicants.
• Coordinate or oversee the hiring process in compliance with rules and procedures.
• Administer full-cycle onboarding and related HRIS data entry and benefits enrollment.
• Administer annual open enrollment and update HRIS and benefits portals.
• Oversee personnel transactions, payroll, time-off accruals and deductions.
