Responsibilities

• Handle onboarding, benefits, leave management and employee relations.
• Prepare termination/severance letters; maintain documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws; update handbook as needed.
• Provide HR data analysis and support for department goals.
• Serve as backup for other Generalists and HR Manager.
