Aufgaben

• Employee Relations/Performance Management investigations and case management.
• Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and policy interpretation to management.
• Maintain required documentation and confidentiality in all processes.
• Interpret company policies and employment laws; provide instructions to staff.
• Prepare termination and severance letters as needed.
• Serve as backup for other Generalists and HR Manager.
• Support leave management and regulatory compliance.
