Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of related HR experience in a healthcare or complex environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, regulations, and compensation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative HR support across employment, compensation, benefits and records.
• Advise managers on HR practices, payroll issues and performance evaluations.
• Assist with recruitment, staff onboarding and open enrollment activities.
• Analyze pay grades, participate in job descriptions and reclassifications.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliant documentation.
