Impact Housing is seeking an HR Generalist / Talent Acquisition in Yorba Linda, CA to provide broad HR support with a focus on recruiting and onboarding. You will partner with managers to understand staffing needs, manage full-cycle recruiting, and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Four years of progressive HR experience with generalist background.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws, wage/hour requirements, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with managers and vertical leaders to support HR needs.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly, technical, professional, and leadership roles.
• Coordinate onboarding, employee relations, investigations, and separations as needed.
• Assist with HR process improvements and employee engagement initiatives.
