Job summary

Northpoint Recovery is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support HR service delivery and partner with the VP of HR across multiple markets. The role includes onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, HRIS, and reporting, with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in healthcare environments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; SHRM-CP/PHR preferred.
• Proven advisor to managers with strong business acumen and confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence at all levels.
• Autonomous, discreet, and solutions-oriented with attention to detail.
• Experience supporting 24/7 and multi-shift operations across markets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP of HR and leadership to manage HR projects and initiatives.
• Support day-to-day HR operations across markets including onboarding, leave administration, benefits, compliance, HRIS, and data integrity.
• Analyze HR data, generate reports, and provide insights for workforce planning and decision-making.
• Develop communications, presentations, and reports on HR initiatives and outcomes.
• Lead and participate in employee engagement activities and culture-building efforts.
