Job summary

Northpoint Recovery is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support HR service delivery, policies, and programs. You will handle onboarding, data integrity, benefits administration, and project work with the VP of HR and affiliate leadership.

This role requires strong communication and analytical skills in a fast-paced behavioral health environment. The position is hybrid, located in Meridian, ID, with on-site Mon–Thu and remote Fri; compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen and hands-on HR partner with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to provide HR guidance and training.
• Manage onboarding, I-9 compliance, and HR documentation.
• Analyze HR data and generate reports for workforce planning.
• Lead HR projects and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate HR records and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
