Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ months as HR Coordinator or 1+ year HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Counsel a small client group (150-200 employees).
• Partner with HRBPs and coordinators to identify department needs and implement improvements.
• Respond to day-to-day employee inquiries and complaints.
• Facilitate transfers, promotions, exits, and retention initiatives.
• Provide guidance on performance management and core HR functions.
• Train new HR team members on SpaceX’s policies and processes.
