• 6+ months as a SpaceX HR Coordinator or 1+ years of HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Counsel a small client group (150-200 employees).
• Partner with HRBPs and coordinators to identify needs, recommend changes, and implement improvements.
• Create, document, and implement HR policies, programs, and processes with the broader HR team.
• Respond to day-to-day employee inquiries, questions, and complaints.
• Facilitate internal transfers, promotions, and exit interviews; identify retention trends.
• Provide operational guidance on employee relations, performance management, and core HR functions.
• Counsel employees and managers per policies and laws/regulations.
• Work with managers to implement HR recommendations and change efforts.
• Develop and co-lead HR projects with the broader team.
• Train new HR staff on SpaceX systems and policies.
