This in-office position involves payroll processing, compliance, and advising on policies, contributing to the HR department's overall success. As an HR Generalist (or Senior HR Generalist, depending on experience), you will play a critical role in supporting our employees and managers across a broad range of HR functions. From administering payroll and supporting our HRIS to advising managers on employee relations and maintaining compliance with employment law, this position is central to the success of our HR department and bank-wide operations.
