What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Assist in administering the Class and Compensation Plan, including job descriptions and salary scales

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- At least one year of human resources experience preferred
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SHRM-CP certification is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
