Job summary

JND is seeking HR Generalists and HR Specialists to support day-to-day HR operations for the corporate headquarters and multi-state workforces. You will serve as a key link between management and employees—handling employee relations, policy guidance, onboarding, and documentation.

Responsibilities include administering HRIS and payroll data (ADP, Workday), benefits, and all U.S. leave programs including FMLA, ADA, and state leave laws.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience; 5+ years for Leave of Absence/Benefits specialist roles.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, Workday, or comparable HRIS/HCM.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, USERRA and multi-state wage/hour regulations.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or CLMS certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between management and employees on policy and conduct.
• Support documentation for dispute resolution and investigations.
• Coordinate onboarding, records, and job classifications (exempt/non-exempt).
• Maintain HRIS/payroll data across ADP Workforce Now and Workday.
• Prepare HR analytics and reports (org charts, headcount, compensation).
