Job description

Are you passionate about supporting people behind the scenes so they can thrive in their roles? As a Human Resource Generalist/Crew Scheduler, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and employee engagement. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend HR expertise with scheduling precision to make a real impact. The schedule for this role will be Sunday through Thursday, 6:30 pm - 3:30 am.

This is an on-site role located at our Cincinnati facility. You’ll be part of a collaborative and dynamic team that values efficiency, communication, and continuous improvement. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

+ HR Data Management – Maintain personnel files, administer leaves of absence, and report on HR metrics to support data-driven decisions.

+ Labor Scheduling – Accurately schedule employees in alignment with collective bargaining agreements to ensure efficient plant operations.

+ Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Shift Operations to process production paperwork, conduct investigations, and manage attendance-related disciplines.

+ Training & Onboarding – Prepare and maintain materials for new hire orientation, safety training, and job-specific instruction.

We’re Looking for Someone With

+ Proven ability to use independent critical thinking and decision-making.

+ Demonstrated commitment to customer service and business needs.

+ Effective organizational and time management skills.

+ Previous experience in a Human Resources environment.

+ Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

+ Ability to support 2nd or 3rd shift and work weekends if necessary.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation

The annual salary range is $51,300 - $67,305, which is based on various factors such as location, experience, and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
