Title: HR Generalist/Scheduler

Description:

Are you passionate about supporting people behind the scenes so they can thrive in their roles? As a Human Resource Generalist/Crew Scheduler, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and employee engagement. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend HR expertise with scheduling precision to make a real impact. The schedule for this role will be Sunday through Thursday, 6:30 pm - 3:30 am.

This is an on-site role located at our Cincinnati facility. You’ll be part of a collaborative and dynamic team that values efficiency, communication, and continuous improvement. If you're looking for a role where you can grow your HR skills, work closely with operations, and contribute to a high-performing team, this is a great fit.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • HR Data Management Maintain personnel files, administer leaves of absence, and report on HR metrics to support data-driven decisions.
  • Labor Scheduling Accurately schedule employees in alignment with collective bargaining agreements to ensure efficient plant operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Shift Operations to process production paperwork, conduct investigations, and manage attendance-related disciplines.
  • Training & Onboarding Prepare and maintain materials for new hire orientation, safety training, and job-specific instruction.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Proven ability to use independent critical thinking and decision-making.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service and business needs.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in a Human Resources environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to support 2nd or 3rd shift and work weekends if necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation

The annual salary range is $51,300 - $67,305, which is based on various factors such as location, experience, and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
