Qualifications include a Bachelor's in HR or related field and 1+ years of HR experience. The role emphasizes compliance with state/federal laws, and cross-functional collaboration on HR projects.

Qualifications

• 1+ years HR experience required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated experience applying and interpreting HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for employees and managers on HR duties.
• Support full recruitment cycle: job ads, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, background checks.
• Facilitate onboarding and new hire orientation; advise on HR policies and processes.
