Central Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in McKinney, TX with remote flexible work options. You will support day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and the overall employee experience across our organization.

Responsibilities include consulting with managers on employment matters, maintaining HR records and HRIS accuracy, supporting benefits and payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in HR.
• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for policies, benefits, and employment questions.
• Support onboarding, changes, performance management, and offboarding.
• Guide managers on employee relations and workplace issues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure HRIS data integrity.
• Assist with leave administration and payroll coordination.
